eunite™ Beta-Glucan Isolate is a naturally occurring polysaccharide composed of beta-1,3 glucan.

Our BGI is concentrated using a non-GMO, solvent-free process and offers one of the purest sources of immune supporting beta-glucan available today. BGI’s bright white color and high crystallinity allow it to act as a natural whitener that has the potential to replace titanium dioxide in food. Our BGI can also be used as a gelling & thickening agent to act as a clean label, natural replacement for methylcellulose & other problematic hydrocolloids found in food.

It's sustainably sourced, certified Vegan, Non-GMO, Kosher, gluten-free and allergen-free.  It’s also clinically proven to help strengthen the immune system.

Animal-Free Meat

Our animal-free meat analogues are minimally processed, nutrient-rich, and environmentally friendly. Made from t.e.p.™ (Textured Euglena Protein) it provides you with the clean label, non-GMO, allergen free meat alternative that you've been waiting for.

Commercial Ingredients - Protein Flours

eunite™ Protein-Rich Flour is a nutrient-dense flour that is rich in complete animal-free protein, immune boosting Beta-Glucan, healthy omega-3 fatty acids, totaling over 15 essential vitamins and minerals.

PRF is a minimum of 40% protein & 40% beta-glucan, with high digestibility and a 0.96-1.0 PDCAAS. It is minimally processed, nutritionally & functionally complete, and high in SCAAs & BCAAs. 

From a sustainability perspective, our PRF has a significantly lower water, land, and carbon footprint than our animal-based competitors and is certified Vegan, Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher, gluten-free and allergen-free.

eunite™ Protein Concentrate (PC) at a minimum of 70% protein, offers a higher incorporation rate of complete, animal-free protein in a variety of food applications. Like PRF, PC has high digestibility and a 0.96-1.0 PDCAAS.

eunite™ Functional Proteins are currently derived from our Protein-Rich Flour. In future, they will be produced using our Protein Concentrate to increase the products protein quality & inclusion. Our Functional Proteins come in multiple extruded formats:

t.e.p.™ (Texturized Euglena Protein) is the base for our animal-free meat analogues. It is available in strips, chunks, and flakes. Our t.e.p. provides all of the flexibility required to create virtually any animal-free meat analogue including beef, pork, chicken, and fish applications.

Our Protein Crisps are light, aerated puffs or crisps that contain over 50% protein and can be used in cereals, protein bars, granola, trail mix, and other protein fortified foods. They are available in a plain format, or in a variety of different flavors to suit specific applications.
